Delivery
Care & returns
14 days to return an unworn bag. Custom orders are non-returnable — which is why we agree on the sketch before starting.
Care: wipe with a damp soapy sponge, dry in the shade, never machine wash.
Online only — a home studio in Rivne, we ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine.
We reply on Instagram and by email daily, 10:00–20:00.

Ready-made pieces
14 days to exchange or return an unworn item in its original condition. Message us and we will arrange the shipment.
Custom orders
Pieces made to your colour, size or shape are non-returnable — which is why we agree on the sketch and details before starting.
Defects
If you notice a fault in the stitching or hardware, send us a photo. We repair or replace at our cost and cover the shipping.
How to return
Send the item via Nova Poshta to our branch. Refunds are made within 3 working days of receipt.

Parties
Seller — the Motuzka studio (motuzkashop.com, motuzkabags@gmail.com). Buyer — anyone who places an order on the site or via Instagram.
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it.
Custom orders
Made after an approved sketch. Lead time is 7–10 days unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery
Nova Poshta across Ukraine, to a branch or parcel locker. Risk of accidental damage passes to the buyer on receipt.
Warranty
Lifetime repair of the stitching: a loose coil or seam is fixed free of charge. Hardware wear and damage from improper care are not covered.

What we collect
Your name, phone or Instagram, city and delivery branch, plus any photos or videos you attach to a request.
Why
To answer your request, agree on a sketch, make and deliver the order. Data is not used for advertising and is shared only with the delivery service.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for up to 3 years for warranty and lifetime repair. Requests without an order are deleted after 6 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data — message us on Instagram or by email.
Cookies
The site stores only your cart and favourites in your browser. There are no analytics trackers.
